BKSplit provides a Buy Now, Pay Later service that allows eligible users to split purchases into installment payments. You must be at least 18 years old and meet our credit requirements to use this service.

BKSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BKSplit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
